1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- During peak periods, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
- Made-to-order or customised items may require additional processing time, which will be stated on the product page.
2. Delivery Options & Charges
We offer the following delivery options within the UK:
- Standard Delivery: £4.50 (estimated 2–5 working days after dispatch)
- Express Delivery: £7.99 (estimated 1–2 working days after dispatch)
- Free Delivery: Available on eligible orders over the stated threshold (if applicable on the website at checkout)
Delivery charges are calculated per order and will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
3. Delivery Areas
- We currently deliver across the United Kingdom.
- Some remote areas, including parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands, may require additional delivery time or charges.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking details (if applicable).
- You can use this information to track your parcel via the courier’s website.
5. Delivery Issues
- Please ensure all delivery details provided are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
6. Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Peak shopping periods
- Customs or security checks (if applicable)
Sheez Collection is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
7. Lost or Missing Parcels
- If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
- Claims for missing or delayed parcels must be reported within 3 working days of the expected delivery date.
- We will work with the courier to investigate the issue before any resolution is provided.
8. Damaged Parcels
- If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 working days of delivery.
- Please provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging to support your claim.
- Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected.
9. Undelivered Orders
- If an order is returned to us as undelivered, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or refund (excluding shipping fees).
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
