WELCOME TO THE SHEEZ COLLECTION WEBSITE. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. BY USING THIS WEBSITE AND/OR PLACING AN ORDER, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT BELOW.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible on our website. However, the actual colours you see will depend on your device screen, and we cannot guarantee that your device will accurately reflect the product colour upon delivery.
Due to the handmade and unique nature of certain items, slight variations may occur between products and images shown. Sheez Collection reserves the right to alter or modify individual components where necessary.
All sizes and measurements are approximate, and while we aim for accuracy, minor variations may occur.
We take reasonable care to ensure all product details, descriptions, and prices displayed on the website are accurate at the time of publication. However, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where product information has been incorrectly published, including pricing or promotional errors.
Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices include applicable VAT for the UK or Republic of Ireland. Products are subject to availability. Due to the time gap between order placement and order acceptance, stock availability may change. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the unavailable items.
We regularly update our online store. From time to time, retail stores may offer promotions that differ from those available online, and vice versa. Some online promotions may not be available in physical stores or specific regions.
PRICING & PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept online payments via Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards in GBP (British Pounds) and USD (United States Dollars).
All prices include VAT at the applicable rate at the time of listing. The total order cost includes the product price plus any applicable delivery charges.
For security reasons, your billing name and address must match the details registered with your payment card. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet these verification requirements.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
For most products, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving your goods. This does not apply to personalised, made-to-order, perishable, or opened audio/video/software items.
To cancel an order under this right, you must notify us in writing within 7 working days from the day after receiving your goods.
Please note: we do not offer a free returns service.
Customers must take reasonable care of returned goods. Items showing signs of use beyond what would be considered reasonable inspection in a retail environment may not be accepted.
Made-to-order and specially commissioned items cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Ownership of goods remains with Sheez Collection until full payment has been received. Ownership reverts to us if a refund is issued.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We strive to ensure all website content is accurate; however, colour representation may vary depending on device settings.
All content, descriptions, and images are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered binding representations.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully up to date. While we take reasonable steps to maintain accuracy, we cannot guarantee completeness or reliability at all times.
FABRICS, EMBROIDERY & CARE
Many of our garments are hand-embroidered and require delicate handling. Minor bead or sequin displacement may occur and is not considered a fault but part of the natural craftsmanship.
Most fabrics used are 100% polyester unless otherwise stated.
Variations in pattern or dye may occur due to traditional production techniques.
Care instructions must be followed strictly:
- First wash should be dry clean unless otherwise stated
- Heavy embroidery must be dry cleaned only
- Light garments may be washed in cold water separately
- Always iron embellished items inside out
- Colours are not guaranteed due to dye processes
Sheez Collection is not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow care instructions.
Shoes and embellished items are intended for occasional wear and should not be exposed to harsh weather conditions.
Some garments may have a temporary scent due to finishing processes; this will fade after unpacking.
RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns for most items provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We are not liable for returned items until they are received, so proof of postage is required.
Postage and packaging charges are non-refundable unless required under statutory rights.
Refunds will be issued within 28 days of receiving returned items, using the original payment method only.
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Cosmetics
- Hair accessories
- Pierced jewellery
- Sale items (exchange only, not refund)
Promotional items must be returned in full.
DELIVERY
Standard delivery charges apply depending on location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, weather, or incorrect address details.
Risk of goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders are processed quickly, so cancellation is not guaranteed once placed.
If cancellation is possible, a 10% cancellation fee may apply unless the item is made-to-order or personalised.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including images, text, branding, and designs, is the property of Sheez Collection and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
LIABILITY
Sheez Collection’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, unless otherwise stated.
